A blend of 40% Syrah, 40%Grenache Noir, 10% Carignan and 10% Cinsault. Hand harvested and selected directly at the vines. De-stemmed and macerated for 21 days, manual “pigeages” and “delestage.” Vinified in stainless steel vats for 8 months. A true vin de table, perfect for summer barbeques and easy everday meals.
