A blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache Noir with yields of 35-45HL per hectare. Hand harvested in bins and selected directly at the vineyard, the grapes are de-stemmed and vinified by plot and varietal in small capacity thermo regulated stainless steel vats. Macerated for 21 days and 35% aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. An elegant and smooth wine with notes of spice, bottled on the domaine.
